| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá finančním plánováním a systémem odměňování zaměstnanců. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvoření praktického návodu, pomocí něhož by podnik XYZ mohl každoročně sestavovat plánovaný výkaz zisku a ztrát, rozvahu a přehled cash flow. Dále si klade za cíl předpovědět finanční situaci a výkonost dané firmy na rok 2010. Práce pojednává také o možnostech vhodného systému motivování a odměňování vedoucích zaměstnanců. Poznatky této práce by měly být využitelné nejen pro vedení podniku XYZ, ale i pro ostatní obchodní společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretickou a praktickou. Praktická část využívá informace obsažené v části teorerické, přičemž je aplikuje na konkrétní podnik. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with financial planning and the employee reward system. The main goal of the thesis is to create a practical guide, with help of which the company XYZ would be able to annually prepare a planned the profit and loss statement, balance and cash flow overview. Furthermore, its goal is to predict the financial situation and efficiency of the company for the year 2010. The thesis also discusses the possibilities of suitable motivation and reward system for chief executives. The findings from this thesis should be utilizable not only for the management of the company XYZ, but also for other businesses. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. Practical part uses the information included in the theoretical part for application to the concrete company. |
