| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza trhu práce a státní politiky zaměstnanosti v okrese Frýdek-Místek. Teoretická část práce se zabývá všeobecnou problematikou týkající se trhu práce, nezaměstnanosti a státní politiky zaměstnanosti s důrazem na Českou republiku. V praktické části je nejprve popsána základní charakteristika okresu Frýdek-Místek a následně je provedena analýza současné situace trhu práce v okrese Frýdek-Místek. Tato část se soustředí hlavně na aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti prováděnou Úřadem práce ve Frýdku-Místku a její financování. V závěru diplomové práce jsou navržena doporučení, která by měla vést ke snížení nezaměstnanosti v okrese Frýdek-Místek. |

| Abstract: | Main objective of this diploma thesis is the analysis of labour market and employment policy in the district of Frýdek-Místek. The theoretical part is focused on general issues connected with labour market and employment policy in Czech Republic. There is a current situation of the labour market in the district of Frýdek-Místek in the practical part. This part is mainly concerned with the active employment policy carried out by the employment bureau in Frýdek-Místek. At the end, there are suggested recommendations for positive change and human resources development in the labour market and active employment policy in the district of Frýdek-Místek. |
