| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je provést analýzu stávající komunikace společnosti Severočeské doly a.s. s veřejností, na základě vlastního terénního šetření prozkoumat image společnosti a její vnímání obyvateli okolních obcí a navrhnout doporučení pro optimalizaci komunikace s veřejností. Vedlejším cílem je prozkoumat praktické fungování Public Relations a CSR aktivity v oboru, který je z hlediska předmětu činnosti pro komunikaci s veřejností velmi náročný. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze existing communication of the company and, based on field research, evaluate the image of the company as perceived by inhabitants of surrounding villages. The other aim is to make a suggestion for optimization of communication strategy. Underlying aim of the thesis is to assess general function of Public Relations and CSR activities in the field, which is rather demanding in the view of the subject of its activity. |
