| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou spotového a termínového trhu, které přibližuje na příkladu dvou německých akcií a call opcí na tyto akcie -- Commerzbank a Deutsche Bank.U těchto investičních instrumentů zkoumá vývoj ceny a zhodnocení/znehodnocení v rámci sledovaného období. Závěrečná kapitola porovnává oba trhy dle tří zvolených kritérií -- pákového efektu, analýzy objemu obchodů a zobchodovaných kontraktů a vlivu volatility na cenu call opce. |

| Abstract: | This graduation thesis analyses the spot and forward markets; the focus is on stock and stock-call options for two German companies -- Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank. Price movement and evaluation/devaluation for the financial instrument are measured over a specific period of time. The closing chapter compares both markets using three criteria -- leverage effect, analysis of volume and traded contracts, and how volatility affects the call option price. |
