| Abstract: | Cílem mé bakalářské práce na téma Analýza vzdělávací soustavy krajů ČR s důrazem na Královéhradecký kraj je "zjištění souladu mezi absolventy škol Královéhradeckého kraje a současnými požadavky na trhu práce v daném kraji". V první části bakalářské práce budou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se oblasti vzdělávání. Následně podrobně popsána struktura vzdělávací soustavy ČR a zhodnocen legislativní a institucionální rámec politiky vzdělávání v České republice. Ve třetí části bakalářské práce bude analyzován vývoj vzdělávací soustavy v ČR, aplikován na jednotlivé kraje a charakterizovány změny ve vzdělanostní struktuře obyvatel ČR. Ve čtvrté části práce se již blíže zaměřím na vývoj vzdělávání a vzdělanostní strukturu Královéhradeckého kraje. Pro dosažení stanoveného cíle zjištění vazeb vzdělání na trh práce v kraji, bude v páté části práce analyzován trh práce Královéhradeckého kraje a zhodnocen dotazník, položený firmám v Královéhradeckém kraji. V bakalářské práci budou využita statistická data z ČSU, data z MŠMT, ÚIV a z krajských ročenek. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my Bachelor thesis on the topic Analysis of education system of the region CZ with an emphasis on the Hradec Králové region is " determine compliance with the graduates of Hradec Králové region, and the current requirements of the labor market in the region " In the first part of the thesis will explain the basic concepts related to education. Subsequently, detailed structure of the educational system and evaluated the CZ legislative and institutional framework for education policy in the Czech Republic. In the third part of the thesis will analyze the development of the educational system in the CZ applied to individual regions, and characterized by changes in educational structure of population of the CZ. In the fourth part of the work is already closer focus on the development of education and educational structure of the Hradec Králové region. To achieve the objectives of finding links education to the labor market in the region, will be the fifth of the labor market is analyzed the work of Hradec Králové region and reviewed the questionnaire, firms located in region.The work will rely on statistical data from the CSO, data from the Ministry of Education, UIV and the county yearbooks. |
