| Abstract: | Práce popisuje rozpočet EU, jeho vývoj, příjmovou a výdajovou stranu, jeho typické znaky, hodnotí aktuální problémy a navrhuje další možný integrační vývoj. Snažila jsem se popsat formování rozpočtu v souvislostech s vývojem a změnami v EU. Práce detailně popisuje a hodnotí příjmovou stranu, v poslední kapitole jsou navrženy její možné budoucí úpravy a potenciální další zdroje příjmu. Výdaje jsou představeny jednak v rámci současné finanční perspektivy 2007-2013, jednak z pohledu aktuálního rozpočtu pro rok 2010. Poslední kapitola nabízí zhodnocení současného stavu rozpočtu, jeho možné změny na příjmové i výdajové straně. Dále se zde zaměřuji na problematiku eurozóny v kontextu řecké krize. |

| Abstract: | The thesis analyses the budget of the EU, historical development, revenues and expenditures, typical characteristic, current problems and also suggests possible integral evolution in the future. I tried to describe the formation of the budget in connection with the evolution and changes in the EU. The thesis describes and evaluates the revenues. The possible future adjustment and other potential sources of income are suggested in the last chapter. The expenditures are presented partly in the current financial framework 2007-2013 and partly in the current EU budget 2010. The last chapter offers the evaluation of current budget situation, its possible changes in revenues and expenditures. The last chapter is also focusing on the problems regarding euro area in context of the Greek crisis. |
