| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce na téma: "Nezisková organizace v oblasti kultury, její založení a realizace projektu v praxi" je popsat potřebné náležitosti a postup při založení neziskové galerie. V první části jsou definovány pojmy týkající se neziskového sektoru a následně uvedena specifika organizací působících v kultuře. Další část se zabývá možností volby vhodné právní formy a stanovení cílů a poslání. Poslední kapitola metodické části řeší finanční analýzu a způsoby získávání finančních prostředků fundraisingem. V praktické části práce jsou na konkrétním příkladu nestátní neziskové galerie aplikovány postupy, popsané v metodické části. Hlavní myšlenkou je zdůraznit nutnost věnovat větší pozornost kultuře a umění, které je platformou pro kvalitní vývoj společnosti a představuje potenciál ekonomického rozvoje země. |

| Abstract: | The goal of my bachelor thesis on the topic: "Nonprofit organization in the field of culture, the estabilishment and implementation of the project in practice" is to describe the terms and procedure for establishing a nonprofit gallery. The first part defines the terms relating to the nonprofit sector, and subsequently given the specifics of organizations active in culture. Next part deals with options suitable legal form and setting goals and mission. The last chapter of the methodology, deals with the financial analysis and way of getting financial aids from fundraising. The practical part is a particular example of nonprofit applied the procedures described in the methodological part. The main idea is to emphasize the need to pay greater attention to culture and art, which is a good platform for the development of society and the potential for economic development in the country. |
