| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na problematiku ochrany spotřebitele -- pacienta ve zdravotnictví v České republice. Podává základní informace o legislativním uspořádání ochrany spotřebitele obecně a dále pak ochrany spotřebitele ve zdravotnictví, o základních právech pacientů vyplývajících z platných zákonů a etických kodexů a také o způsobech, kterými se pacienti mohou svých práv domáhat. Zabývá se též aktuálními problémy vybraných lékařských oborů v České republice a jejich důsledky. Práce je podpořena průzkumem informovanosti pacientů v oblasti ochrany spotřebitele ve zdravotnictví. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is dedicated to a specific scope of customer rights -- rights of the patient in providing of health care in Czech republic. It gives a survey of legislation in customer protection describing principal patient rights, ethical rules and means how these rights can be claimed. Compiling relevant topics of some branches of medicine, it deduces the consequences. Level of knowledge about customer rights among patients is evaluated by questionare. |
