| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá partnerstvím veřejného a soukromého sektoru v EU a České republice. Jejím cílem je na základě analýzy vyhodnotit dopady poskytování veřejných statků a to především formou PPP projektů. Problematika PPP je zde charakterizována v obecné rovině se všemi základními prvky formou teoretických informací. Významným příspěvkem k vypracování zvoleného tématu byl srovnávací pohled na současný stav a rozvoj PPP v České republice a ve Velké Británii. Neméně významná je i analýza úlohy EU při implementaci PPP projektů v členských zemích a financování těchto projektů z fondů EU. V analytické části je kladen důraz na vznik a historii PPP, právní prostředí oblasti PPP a institucionálním zabezpečení v jednotlivých zemích. Je zde uvedeno i množství příkladů PPP projektů z praxe. V případě České republiky je část věnována bariérám rozvoje PPP projektů. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with Public Private Partnership in the European Union and Czech Republic. On the grounds of analysis, it aims to asses impacts of providing public goods especially by course of PPP projects. PPP issue is defined generally, considering all basic elements by way of theoretical information. A comparative view of current PPP situation and development in Czech Republic and Great Britain was an important contribution while handling the selected topic. An analysis of EU task of implementing PPP projects in member states and financing these projects from EU funds is no less important. In the analytical part, emphasis is put on the origins and history of PPP, legal regulations of PPP and the institutional framework in particular countries. Number of instances of practice are mentioned too. As regards Czech Republic, one part of the thesis is devoted to the barriers to development. |
