Cílem praktické části práce je aplikace metod na konkrétní společnost, její interní a externí prostředí. V závěru práce jsou shrnuta doporučení pro daný podnik a jeho strategie. |

| Abstract: | Theoretical part of the graduation thesis focuses on describing strategy of a company and methods used in the external and internal analysis of the company, such as PEST analysis, analysis 4C, SWOT analysis, Porter's analysis. The main goal of the practical part of the thesis is to describe concrete company and analyze it's internal and external surrounding. At he end of the thesis there are written recommendations for company and strategy. |
