| Abstract: | První část mé práce se zabývá strategií, strategickým řízením, strategickou analýzou a popisuje jednotlivé externí a interní analýzy. Praktická část začíná představením společnosti. V praktické části byly použity analýzy, jako je PEST analýza, "4C" analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, analýza zdrojů podniku a finanční analýza. V závěru práce jsou stručně shrnuty výsledky analýz a uvedeny doporučení pro firmu. |

| Abstract: | First part of my work deals with strategy, strategic management, strategic analysis and describes individual analysis. The practical part begins with the company presentation. In the practical part were used analysis such as PEST analysis, "4C" analysis , Porter's 5F model, analysis of enterprise resources or financial analysis. At the end of my work are shown conclusions and recommendations for company. |
