| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je vytvoření čtrnáctidenního jídelníčku pro diabetiky pro nemocniční účely a minimalizace nákladů na tuto dietu. V matematickém modelu této úlohy je nutné striktně dodržet podmínky, které omezují přísun sacharidů, tuků, bílkovin a energie -- tyto podmínky jsou pro diabetiky velice důležité. Dále jsou kladeny nároky na pestrost jídelníčku. Tento matematický model je zapsán v optimalizačním softwaru LINGO a poté i díky formátu MPS spuštěn v systému XPRESS, ve kterém je model finálně dořešen. Vyřešený model je posléze interpretován a srovnáván s jídelníčky, které byly poskytnuty nemocnicí NsP v Novém Jičíně. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is 14-day diet program for diabetics for hospital purposes and to minimize the costs of the diet. The mathematical model of this problem must strictly comply with the conditions that limit the supply of carbohydrates, fats, protein and energy -- these conditions are very important for diabetics. Further the claims are made to the diet. This mathematical model is written in the optimization software LINGO and than thanks to the MPS format run in XPRESS, in which model is finally solved. Resolved model is then interpreted and compared with diet programs that have been granted by hospital NsP in Nový Jičín. |
