| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na stavební spoření v České republice. Popisuje podmínky existence tohoto produktu na našem trhu i vznik původní myšlenky koncepce stavebního spoření. Hlavní část je rozdělena na dva celky. První se zabývá analýzou vývoje statistik a ukazatelů za dobu existence v České republice včetně identifikace možných determinant. Druhá část se snaží odpovědět na otázku jaká je výnosnost stavebního spoření coby instrumentu vhodného ke zhodnocení úspor a zhodnotit nákladovost při čerpání úvěru. |

| Abstract: | This work aims to the existence of the building societies in Czech Republic. It describes conditions of the building societies` products and also the very beginning of the draft of the whole concept. Discourse is divided into two parts. In the first, the analysis of the indicators in Czech republic is performed. The second part tries to answer the questions: "What is the profitability of the savings at the building society?" and "How much does the loan from a buildiung society cost?" |
