| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout vhodný způsob vedení a řízení projektu Career Days, který probíhá každý rok pod záštitou AIESEC. Zprvu se práce věnuje výkladu základních pojmů projektového řízení, volně přechází k popisu neziskové organizace, která je investorem projektu a pokračuje k popisu způsobu řízení projektu, kde jsou odhaleny největší nedostatky řízení a vedení projektu. V následujícím oddíle je navrhnut postup, jak se objeveným chybám vyhnout. V koncepční fázi je navržen postup stanovení vize projektu, přičemž tento postup respektuje jak národní strategii, tak i globální standardy požadované po produktu AIESEC. Zároveň je provedena analýza rizik a SWOT. Pro popis projektu byl implementován MS Project 2007 a provedeny časová i finanční analýza. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is a suggestion on suitable way of managing and leading of the project Career Days, which is yearly run by AIESEC Czech Republic. Firstly, the thesis is dedicated to explanation of basic terms of project management, continues to description of NGO, which is its investor and then comes to description of the current way of managing of the project identifying the main errors in it. The second part of the thesis is aimed at creating of proposal for evasion of the errors. There is an outline for creation of vision in the conceptual part of the project, while the vision is aligned to national strategy of AIESEC -- "Vision of 2012 - and even respects global standards, which are required for each AIESEC product. Within the conceptual part, there is also analysis of risk and SWOT analysis created. MS Project 2007 has been implemented for the description of project and time and financial analysis were made. |
