| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Hlavní náplní podnikatelského plánu vydavatelství je poskytnutí souhrného pohledu na postavení společnosti na trhu a určení pozic jednotlivých titulů vydavatelství. K tomuto účelu je využito SWOT a SLEPT analýzy, Porterova modelu 5 sil a BCG matice. V práci jsou prezentovány také záměry na další rozvoj firmy. Záměr rozšířit aktivity firmy o pořádání výstavy zaměřené na víno se ukázal jako reálný a mohl by se tak v budoucnosti naplnit. |

| Abstract: | Thesis is separeted into two parts - theoretical and practical. Principal goals of a small publishing company business plan is to offer general overview of the company market position and to specify the market position of it's magazines. For this purpose was used SWOT, SLEPT and Porters five forces analysis and BCG matrix. Plan includes also business intents for firm's future expansion. The idea organising wine trade fairs seams profitable and could be another company's activity. |
