| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává o nových investičních produktech, a to konkrétně o investičních certifikátech. První část definuje rizika a výhody certifikátů obecně a druhá část je věnována konkrétnímu a detailnímu popisu jednotlivých typů investičních certifikátů. Cílem práce je srozumitelné vysvětlení fungování certifikátů v komparaci s podkladovým aktivem. Poslední částí je analýza trhu v ČR, ve které je naznačen možný vývoj tohoto rychle rostoucího segmentu finančního trhu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis discusses new investment products, focusing mainly on investment certificates. The first part outlines risks and benefits of investment certificates in general; the second part gives a more detailed and specific description of the different types of certificates. The thesis aims to provide a clear account of how investment certificates operate, as compared to underlying assets. The last part of the paper includes analysis of the Czech market together with the outline of potential future development of the rapidly growing segment in the financial market. |
