| Abstract: | Ve 20. století klesal význam lokálních burz a začal vzrůstat význam velkých mezinárodních burz, mezi které patří i Euronext Paris a TSX Group. Cílem této práce je srovnání obou burz v několika různých oblastech, a to především v oblasti historie, podmínek členství, obchodních systémů a obchodních příkazů, vybraných předmětů obchodování, a srovnání statistických údajů jako je tržní kapitalizace, počet obchodů s akciemi a dluhopisy a dalších významných ukazatelů trhu. |

| Abstract: | The importance of local stocks was falling down during the 20th century, whereas the importance of international stocks began to rise, including Euronext Paris and TSX Group. The aim of this thesis is to compare these two stocks from several different points of view, especially in terms of history, conditions of memberships, trading systems and trading orders, and comparison of statistics like market cap, trends of blue chips indices and other. |
