| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analyzování situace na trhu práce v České republice, zejména v období roku 2002 do roku 2009. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů z pohledu ekonomické teorie a metod, které jsou použity v průběhu analyzování. V praktické části dochází k porovnání vybraných ukazatelů trhu práce ČR a srovnání jejich hodnot se státy Evropské unie. Největší pozornost je věnována problematice dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti a příčinám jejího vzniku. Následuje uvedení možností řešení, pomoc kterých dochází ze strany státu ke snižování počtu dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných, zejména je uvedena alternativa nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. |

| Abstract: | The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze the situation in the labour market in the Czech Republic, especially during the period from 2002 to 2009. The theoretical part is focused on notions from the perspective of economic theory and methods that are used during the analysis. The practical part deals with the comparison of selected labour market indicators in the Czech Republic and compares their value with the European Union countries. The greatest attention is paid to the long-term unemployment and the causes of its origin. This part is followed by listed possibilities forsolution which help the state to reduce the number of long-term unemployed,moreover, an alternative of active employment policy tools is provided. |
