| Abstract: | První kapitola této práce je věnována teoretické části - legislativnímu procesu. Mimo vznik legislativních opatření je zde vysvětleno, jak je zákonodárná moc tvořena. Druhá kapitola se zabývá stávajícím systémem amerického zdravotnictví, kritikou ze strany Baracka Obamy a jeho návrhy, jak systém zdravotnictví reformovat. Poslední kapitolu tvoří případová studie legislativního procesu a čtenář se v ní dozví, jak se reforma zdravotnictví vyvíjela od úplného počátku do, alespoň pro zastánce zdárného, konce. |

| Abstract: | The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical part - the legislative process. It explains the creation of legislative measures as well as what the legislative power creates. The second chapter deals with the current American health care system, Obama's criticism and his proposals to the way how to reform the health care system. The last chapter contains a case study of the legislative process and the reader gets knowledge of how the health care reform had evolved from the very beginning to the, at least for its proponents succesful, end. |
