| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice ochrany spotřebitele v českém zdravotnictví. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na práva a povinnosti spotřebitelů, na legislativu upravující práva spotřebitele a pacienta a jsou zmíněna konkrétní práva pacienta v českém zdravotnictví. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit úroveň znalosti respondentů o právech pacienta v českém zdravotnictví. Tomu byla věnována praktická část práce, ve které byl proveden průzkum o znalosti práv pacienta. Průzkum byl proveden dotazníkovou metodou, byl vyhodnocen a byly navrženy možné způsoby informování pacientů v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor thesis delas with the protection of consumers in the Czech health service. The firs part of the thesis is focused on rights and responsibilities of consumers and its legislation. There are also mentioned concrete rights in the Czech health service. The goal of the thesis is to discover the level of the respondents' knowledge about rights of patiens in the Czech health service. With the goal deals the second part of the thesis. There is used a research about the knowledge about patients'rights. In conlusion are proposed ways how to inform patiens about their rights based on the research. |
