| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřená na převedení složité právnické řeči autorského zákona na jazyk srozumitelný pro laika. Uvedení kolektivních správců autorského práva a jejich přiřazení k filmovým tvůrčím profesím. Definování náplně práce jednotlivých filmových profesí a uvedení znaků, které když jejich dílo naplňuje, je toto dílo autorské. Nutnost uzavírání smluv pro autorská díla a jejich možné užití. Zpřesnění informací, které je nutné u díla uvádět při jeho zveřejňování a distribuci. Práva, která náleží výrobci audiovizuálního díla a jak dílo může použít. Dále pak povinnosti, ze zákona vyplývající. Následky při porušení autorského práva. |

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the translation of legalese of the copyright law into a language which is better understandable for layman. Mentioning collective management of the copyright law and their assignment to creative professions of film crew. The definition of the job description of the particular movies professions and the presentation of signs, which makes their piece of work covered with the copyright law. Need to contracts for works of authorship and their possible use. More accurate information that is necessary for a work place for its publication and distribution. Rights that belong to producers of audiovisual works and how the work can be used. Further, the obligations arising from law. Consequences for copyright infringement. |
