| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje aktuálnímu tématu nezaměstnanosti a jejímu řešení pomocí aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. V teoretické části je vymezen trh práce, definována nezaměstnanost, její měření a druhy. Přiblížena je zde také politika zaměstnanosti s rozlišením na pasivní a aktivní. Praktická část se zaměřuje na Pardubický kraj, charakterizuje jej po demografické a ekonomické stránce, seznamuje se situací na trhu práce a především s realizací aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti v kraji, používanými nástroji a jejich financováním. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the topic of unemployment, studying the solution lying in the active employment policy. The theoretical part defines the term labour market and unemployment together with its measurement and types. It also outlines the unemployment policy, distinguishing the passive and the active form. The practical part is focused on the Pardubice Region, describing its demographic and economic characteristics. It describes the actual situation on the regional labour market, primarily focusing on the active employment policy in the region, tools being brought to bear and the methods of funding. |
