| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hypoteční krizí v USA. Jejím cílem je přispět k diskusi o příčinách, průběhu a následcích této krize. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První je věnována zjednodušenému popisu hypotečního trhu v USA s ohledem na jeho nejvýznamnější odlišnosti od pojetí v České republice. Příčiny hypoteční krize jsou analyzovány ve druhé kapitole. Třetí kapitola popisuje průběh krize a její přeměnu na finanční krizi. V poslední kapitole jsou pak zmíněny dosavadní důsledky výše zmíněných událostí. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is concerned with the mortgage crisis in the USA. The aim of the thesis is to contribute to discussion about causes, course and consequences of the crisis. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first of them is dedicated to simplified description of the mortgage market in the USA regarding its main differences from the conception in the Czech Republic. The causes of the mortgage crises are analyzed in the second chapter. The third chapter describes the course of the crisis and its transformation into the financial crisis. In the last chapter the consequences of the events cited above are mentioned. |
