| Abstract: | Tématem práce je řízení projektů z pozice dodavatele, s přihlédnutím ke specifikům projektů Business Intelligence. Práce má za cíl na příkladu skutečné firmy ukázat, jaká opatření lze provést za účelem dosažení efektivního řízení a vyhodnocování projektů. Teoretická část se zabývá specifiky projektů Business Intelligence oproti projektům zaměřenými na vývoj a služby spojené s ostatními podnikovými informačními systémy. Text je však zaměřen převážně prakticky. Komentuje výchozí stav řízení a vyhodnocování projektů ve firmě a snaží se jej posunout směrem, který požaduje management dané společnosti. Práce se tak mimo jiné zabývá: popisem procesů v projektovém řízení, dokumenty používanými v projektovém řízení a projektovým účetnictvím. Přínosem práce je představení několika opatření, která vedou k zefektivnění procesu řízení projektů v konkrétní firmě. Následuje návod, jak tato opatření uvést do provozu, včetně technické realizace. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on project management from suppliers point of view. It is oriented into specifics of Business Intelligence projects. Text aims to show the example of real business, what measures can be done to achieve effective management and project evaluation. The theoretical part deals with the specifics of Business Intelligence projects compared to projects aimed to development and services with other enterprise information systems. The text is oriented to practice. It comments the initial state of project management and evaluation within the company and try to move it forward.,This was required by the management of the company. Thesis contains these topics: description of project management processes, documents used in project management and project accounting. Contribution of the thesis is to introduce several arrangements to increase efficiency of the project management in a particular company. It includes guidance of using these arrangements and also technical realization. |
