| Abstract: | Práce analyzuje zapojení Francie do vývoje EU a charakterizuje její postavení v EU dnes z hlediska politického a ekonomického. První kapitola je soustředěna na obecnou charakteristiku Francie z hlediska historie, demografie a současného stavu ekonomiky. Druhá kapitola mapujde integrační proces z pohledu zapojení Francie do něj. Třetí kapitola pojednává o vývoji EU v poslednich letech, poslednim francouzském předsednictví a zapojení Francie do aktuálních témat dnešní doby. |

| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes the involvement of France in the development of the European Union and describes today's situation of France in the EU in terms of politics and economics. The first chapter concentrates on general characteristics of France from historical, demographic and economic points of view. The second chapter surveys the integration process and function of France in it. The third chapter treats the development of the EU in recent years, the last French presidency and the engagement of France in actual topics of today's world. |
