Zaměřuje se především na typické jihočeské pokrmy, významné regionální potravinářské firmy a na místní gastronomické akce. Praktická část analyzuje současný stav nabídky regionální gastronomie a povědomí místních obyvatel o jihočeské kuchyni. |
