| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě teorií provést analýz získávání a výběrů pracovníků v běloruském podniku. Nejdřív jsem se zabývala systémem získávání pracovníků a porovnala jsem teoretické znalosti se systémem v běloruské společnosti "ParusTorgServis AMŽ". Totéž jsem udělala i s výběrem pracovníků. Posléze jsem zhodnotila nedostatky a přednosti tohoto systému a pak se snažila pomoci s tím, co společnost dělá špatně a navrhnout lepší řešení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor work is to analyze the recruitment and the selection process in the Belarusian company based on the theory. First I dealt with a system of recruitment, compared my theoretical knowledge with the system in Belarusian company "ParusTorgServis AMZ ". I did the same with the selection of employees. Then I evaluate the advantages and shortcomings of the system and propose better solutions for the company. |
