| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je představení projektu IPSYS (Informačně - poradenský systém pro poradce dalšího profesního vzdělávání), který byl realizován za účelem zkvalitnění prostředí na českém trhu práce. Důraz je v práci kladen na prokázání užitečnosti projektu, poukázání na jeho nedostatky a další možnosti rozvoje. Pro podporu zmíněných cílů bakalářská práce obsahuje informace, které čtenáře uvádějí do problematiky trhu práce. Těmito podpůrnými cíly jsou obecné představení trhu práce, nastínění problematiky spojené s trhem práce a rozbor státní politiky zaměstnanosti. |

| Abstract: | The goal of my bachelor thesis is a description of the IPSYS project (Informatically counseling system for consultants from the field of further learning), which was realized to support the Czech labour market. The thesis is focused on demonstration of project utility, its disadvantages, and possibilities of further development. As a support to main goals, I set up some secondary goals, which will help readers to understand the labour market problematics. These goals are: description of labour market in general, reference to some problems connected with labour market, and description of Czech governmental politics supporting labour market. |
