| Abstract: | Ve své práci se zaměřuji na shrnutí a hodnocení základních pojmů motivace a stabilizace zaměstnanců s následným praktickým využitím ve společnosti R, spol s r. o. Hlavním cílem praktické části je především analýza Raibow kariéry, zaměření se na jednotlivé pozice, nastínění motivačních programů a dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem je zjistit proč poměrně velké procento nováčků odchází. |

Principal aim of practical part is primarily analysis of Rainbow's career, focusing on individuals positions, outlining motivationals programms and questionnaire's investigation, whose target is find out, why relatively large percentage of novicers are leaving. |
