| Abstract: | Cílem práce je strategická analýza firmy Pension Ametyst, konkrétně analýza vnějšího a konkurenčního prostředí, zjištění konkurenční pozice na trhu a analýza očekávání zákazníků (provedena metodou dotazníkového šetření). Praktickým výstupem práce je nastínění budoucí strategie firmy a operativních opatření, která pomohou dosáhnout navrženou strategii a zlepšit celkovou situaci firmy (zvýšit atraktivitu firmy z pohledu klietnů). |

The practical outcome of this thesis is to outline the future strategy of the company and operational measures to help achieve the proposed strategy and improve the overall situation of the firm. |
