| Abstract: | Cílem mé diplomové práce je sepsání podnikatelského plánu, jehož záměrem je založení agentury Irský sen s.r.o. Agentura bude zprostředkovávat práci českým studentům do Irské republiky. V teoretické části jsou sestaveny podklady pro strukturu a obsah podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části si nejprve představíme Irskou republiku prostřednictvím SLEPT analýzy a seznámíme se se specifiky zdejšího prostředí. Analýza je zaměřena na oblasti, které mohou mít přímý dopad na fungování společnosti Irský sen s.r.o. SLEPT analýza bude dále aplikována i na Českou republiku. Po provedení SLEPT analýzy, která slouží k lepší orientaci na obou trzích, se zaměříme na samotný podnikatelský plán. Na závěr bude zhodnocena reálnost založení a fungování společnosti Irský sen, s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | The goal of my thesis is to create a business plan focused on establishing the agency Irsky sen Ltd. Agency will arrange jobs for Czech students in Ireland. In the theoretical part there is described in general how the structure and the content of the business plan should look like. In the practical part there was used a tool of the SLEPT analysis for analyzing of environment of Ireland and its specifics. The analysis focuses on the facts which can influence the agency Irsky sen Ltd. The same tool was used to describe the Czech Republic. The next part of the thesis is the particular business plan for establishing the agency Irsky sen Ltd. In conclusion there is evaluated the establishing and running the agency Irský sen Ltd. |
