| Abstract: | Cílem práce je poskytnout základní strukturovanou informaci o Nařízeních IPA a ENPI a nástrojích Twinning a TAIEX, kterou je vhodné dále rozvíjet a prohlubovat, a to zejména na základě praktických zkušeností s realizovanými projekty. Struktura práce je dána zejména hlavními zjištěními z dotazníkového šetření realizovaného na podzim roku 2009 mezi ministerstvy a jejich vybranými příspěvkovými organizacemi, rozhovory s potenciálními předkladateli twinningových projektů a účastníky aktivit TAIEX. Jsou nastíněny přínosy nástrojů TW/TAIEX a jejich budoucnost. |

| Abstract: | The thesis describes the EU/EC Twinning and TAIEX Instruments in the context of the management of these instruments by the Czech authorities and of the capacity for the Czech Republic to participate in these instruments as a 'service provider'. The main target is to provide the basic information about IPA/ENPI, Twinning and TAIEX, which should be further updated based on practical experience of the Czech experts involved in TW/TAIEX activities. |
