| Abstract: | V období současné finanční a hospodářské krize se jedná o téma s nejvyšším stupněm aktuálnosti. S ohledem na výše uvedené se tato bakalářská práce bude věnovat vývoji regulačních funkcí centrální banky a jejich analýze na území České republiky od roku 1989 do současnosti. Úvod teoretické části bakalářské práce se bude zabývat obecnou charakteristikou finančního trhu, bankovního systému, dále centrální bankou, jejími funkcemi a významem. V další části bude komplexně popsána funkce centrální banky, jako regulátora v obecné teoretické rovině. Zaměří se na konkrétní charakteristiku a popis jednotlivých regulačních funkcí centrální banky. Budou porovnávány názory ekonomických škol na postavení centrální banky. Analytická část bakalářské práce bude věnována analýze a hodnocení vývoje regulačních funkcí centrální banky od roku 1989 do současnosti a jejich vlivu na ekonomiku, se zvláštním zřetelem na období, která zaznamenala největší změny v regulačních funkcích. Bude popisován a hodnocen vývoj, změny regulačních funkcí centrální banky a zkoumány vlivy těchto regulací na ekonomiku. Cílem bakalářské práce bude analýza vývoje a zásadních změn v regulačních funkcích centrální banky, od roku 1989 do současnosti a jejich zhodnocení. Rozbor jednotlivých regulačních funkcí, popis vlivu regulace na ekonomiku a v neposlední řadě analýza odlišných názorů na danou problematiku. Bakalářská práce se bude snažit komplexně zhodnotit vývoj a zásadní změny v jednotlivých regulacích od roku 1989 do současnosti. |

| Abstract: | At the time of the current financial and economic crisis the subject of this thesis is highly topical. With regard to above mentioned, this thesis will deal with the development of regulating functions of the Central Bank and their analysis in the territory of the Czech Republic since 1989 until now. The introduction of the theoretical part will deal with general characteristics of the financial market, banking system, Central Bank, and their function and importance. In another part, the function of the Central Bank will be fully described, as a regulator at a theoretical level. It will focus on factual characteristics and description of particular regulating functions of the Central Bank. The different point of views of economic schools on the position of the Central Bank will be compared. The analysis part of the thesis will deal with analysis and evaluation of the development of regulating functions of the Central Bank since 1989 until the present, and their influence on economics, in particular consideration of the period of time, when the biggest changes in regulating functions happened. The development of regulating functions of the Central Bank will be described and evaluated, and then the impact of these regulations on economics will be examined. The aim of this thesis will be analysis of the development and fundamental changes in regulating functions of the Central Bank since 1989 until now and their evaluation. The analysis of the individual regulating functions, the description of the impact on economics and, last but not least, the analysis of the different point of views on the given theme. The object of the thesis will be the comprehensive evaluation of the development and fundamental changes in individual regulations since 1989 up to the present. |
