| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je evropské hospodářské zájmové sdružení. Teoretická část práce velmi podrobně rozebírá EHZS od právní úpravy a vzniku sdružení až po zánik a jeho zrušení. V praktické části práce je sdružení porovnáno s G.I.E. (Groupement d'intéret économique), zájmovým hospodářským sdružením, které existuje ve francouzském obchodním právu a jež bylo pro EHZS předlohou. Práce se dále zabývá statistikou EHZS v členských státech Evropské unie. Nejvíce pozornosti je pak věnováno EHZS v České republice. Na závěr je práce krátce shrnuta a dále je zhodnoceno postavení EHZS vzhledem k dalším nadnárodním formám podnikání. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this bachelor thesis concerns European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG). The theoretical part deals with main aspects of grouping which are legal regulations, termination and dissolution of a grouping. The practical part of this bachelor thesis demonstrates the confrontation of European Economic Interest Grouping with G.I.E. (Groupement d'intéret économique), which is comparable with Economic Interest Grouping in French business law. This grouping was a model for EEIG. Furthermore the thesis deals with statistics of EEIG in member states of European Union. The biggest attention is paid to EEIG in Czech Republic. In the conclusion the thesis is briefly summarized. Then the position of EEIG regarding other international forms of business in European Union is evaluated. |
