| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou firmy Simba Toys CZ, spol. s r. o. Je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části jsou popsána teoretická východiska práce. Jsou zde popsány metody externí a interní analýzy. V druhé, praktické části, se zabývám praktickou aplikací metod strategické analýzy na konkrétní podmínky firmy. V závěrečné kapitole je vyhodnocena situace společnosti na trhu a jsou formulována doporučení pro budoucnost podniku. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on strategic analysis of Simba Toys CZ Ltd. It is devided into three parts. The first part describes theoretical background of the study, external and internal methods of the analysis. The second part includes practical application of the strategic analysis to particular conditions of the company. In the last charter, the situation of the company in the market is evaluated and recommendations for the future of the company are specified. |
