Teoretická část je zaměřena na oblasti, které zahrnuje strategické řízení lidských zdrojů a na jednotlivé personální činnosti. V praktické části je představena společnost, její strategie řízení lidských zdrojů a návrhy na zlepšení personálních činností. Součástí je také zhodnocení současné situace ve společnosti. |
