| Abstract: | Cílem práce bylo provést strategickou analýzu společnosti ROSS HOlding a.s. s použitím dílčích analýz a modelů, které měly ukázat na silná a slabá místa firmy a identifikovat její příležitosti a hrozby. Jejich stanovení bylo základnou pro formulaci strategie, návrhů a doporučení pro další její rozvoj. Po provedených analýzách vyšlo najevo, že společnost má řadu předností, o které se může opírat i do budoucna, jako jsou například její zaměstnanci, a rovněž i řadu příležitostí, které může využít. Závěr práce byl věnován návrhům zaměřených na další rozvoj lidských zdrojů a zlepšení finanční situace firmy. |

| Abstract: | Target of this work was to do the strategic analysis of the company ROSS Holding a.s. with application of analysis and methods, that should show strong and weak points of this firm and identify her opportunities and threats. Their specifying was the base for the formulation of a strategy, proposals and recommendations for her next development. After executed analysis came out the company has a lot of strengths, on which it can lean in future -- for example her staff -- and has many opportunities for use, too. The end of work was dedicated to proposals for her next development of human resources and to improve of financial situation of firm. |
