| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zpracovat strategickou analýzu minulého vývoje a současné strategické pozice firmy a následně formulovat její závěr. Práce je zaměřena na zpracování analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy a jejich vývoje v čase, odhalení silných a slabých stránek podniku, příležitostí a hrozeb okolí, posouzení dosažení stanoveného cíle a návrh vhodné strategie dalšího vývoje společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The work's target is to make a strategic analysis of the past development and current strategic position of the company and to formulate its conclusion. The work concentrates on creating of the analysis of external surroundings and internal sources of the company and its development in the course of time, on discovering of strengths and weaknesses of the company, and opportunities and threats of surroundings. The conclusion consists in evaluation of achieving company's goal and suggestion of strategy for future development of the company. |
