| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analyzovat spotřební daně v jednotlivých zemích Evropské unie a zjistit zda odpovídají požadavkům evropské legislativy. Analyzovány jsou jak daně harmonizované, tak i neharmonizované. V poslední kapitole věnované Evropskému soudnímu dvoru jsou také analyzovány klíčové judikáty z oblasti spotřebních daní. |

Analyzed are harmonized and non-harmonized excise duties. In the final chapter devoted to the European Court of Justice are also analyzed the key cases relating to excise duties. |
