| Abstract: | Aktuálnost mé práce je podmíněna významem ropného průmyslu v hospodářských zahraničních vztazích Ruské federace a Evropské Unie a také zajišťováním mezinárodní energetické bezpečnosti. Jelikož se jedná o světové trhy a významné obchodní partnery, každý z nich zaujímá vynikající místo v systému vnějších vztahů obou stran, problémy dodávek energetických zdrojů, konkrétně ropy, jsou z mého pohledu velmi aktuální a mají široký význam jak pro ruskou tak i pro evropskou ekonomiku. Energetický problém je důležitý pro celé světové společenství. Je jasné, že krátkodobý světový produkční deficit ropy způsobuje nekontrolovaný růst cen, a zpomalení globální ekonomiky. Mezinárodní energetická bezpečnost spočívá nejen ve vyčerpávání zásob ropy, ale také v odvrácení regionálních krizí a politických nestabilit v zemích produkujících ropu, v nedostatku volné výrobní kapacity a rychle rostoucí globální poptávka po ropě. |

| Abstract: | The essence of my thesis implicates the significance of oil industry in foreign economic relations of the Russian Federation and the European Union, and also reinsurance of international energy security. As it is about global markets and well notable business partners, each of them hold undeniably eminent positions in the system of foreign relations of both countries, the problem of supply of energy resources, specifically the oil from the Russian Federation to the European Union, is very much actual and has an extensive significance for both Russian and Global economies. The energy problem is critical for the whole world community. It is clear, that short-term global product deficit of oil causes uncontrolled growth of prices, and slowdown of global economy. The international energy security doesn't only consist in depletion of oil reserves, but also in prevention of regional crisis and political instability in countries producing oil, due to scarcity of free production capacity against fast growing global demand for oil. |
