| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá teorií, která je spjata s finanční analýzou, zejména účetními výkazy, metodami finanční analýzy a poměrovými ukazateli. Dále jsou zde teoreticky popsány bankrotní a bonitní modely se zaměřením na Altmanovo Z-skóre, Index IN95 a Kralicekův Quicktest. Druhá část je praktická a je věnována analýze SWOT a finanční analýze podniku dm-drogerie markt, s. r. o. na základě výročních zpráv 2006, 2007, 2008. V závěru práce je zhodnocena finanční situace tohoto podniku a jeho finanční zdraví. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part concerns with a theory which is bound up with a financial analysis, especially with financial statements, methods of the financial analysis, ratio indicators. Next, there are theoretically described bankruptcy and bonit models (Altman Z-score, Index IN95, Kralicek Quicktest) in the same part. The second part of the bachelor thesis is practical and is devoted to the SWOT analysis and financial analysis of the firm dm-drogerie markt, s. r. o., based on annual statements 2006, 2007, 2008. In the end of the thesis, the financial situation and the financial health of the firm is evaluated. |
