| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na firemní kulturu ve společnostech Česká pošta, s.p. a Slovenská pošta, a.s. Soustředí se na vymezení důležitých pojmů v oblasti kultury a na následné popsání jednotlivých prvků firemní kultury, které jsou dále rozvedeny na názorných případech v poštovních podnicích. Tato práce má za cíl porovnat obě firemní kultury a v případě České pošty také na základě dotazníku prošetřit současný stav firemní kultury a navrhnout její vylepšení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is concentrated on the organizational culture in the companies Česká pošta, s.p. and Slovenská pošta, a.s. It is focused in the definitions of important concepts in the sphere of culture and in the subsequent description of particular elements of organizational culture, which are specified in descriptive cases of the post companies. This bachelor thesis has an aim to compare organizational culture in both companies and in case of Česká pošta also to find out the current state of its organizational culture and then to suggest improvements. |
