| Abstract: | Pre-Employment Background Screening (zkráceně PEBS) můžeme charakterizovat jako soustavu činností, prováděných většinou před vznikem pracovního poměru, v rámci kterých zaměstnavatel shromažďuje zvolené osobní údaje, poskytované mu dobrovolně uchazeči o zaměstnání a ověřuje s jejich souhlasem úplnost, správnost a pravdivost těchto informací, vše s cílem výběru nejvhodnějšího budoucího zaměstnance. |
