| Abstract: | Závěrečná práce pojednává o přímých zahraničních investicích a jejich dopadech na Olomoucký kraj. Na začátku práce jsou zmíněny teoretické pojmy týkající se problematiky zahraničních investic. Dále je nastíněn stav investičního prostředí v České republice a rozebrána jeho struktura. Poslední kapitola se věnuje ekonomickému postavení, struktuře přímých zahraničních investic a jejich efektům na kraj. V závěru je zhodnocen investiční potenciál kraje a navrhnuto řešení na zlepšení stávajícího ekonomického postavení. |

| Abstract: | This essay deals with foreign direct investment and its impact on the Olomouc region. The first section discusses theoretical notions, which are related to questions of foreign investment. Furthermore, the situation of capital background in the Czech Republic is outlined and analyzed. The last section deals with the economic state, structure of foreign direct investment and their affect on the Olomouc region. In conclusion capital potential of the region is reviewed and a solution for improvement of the current economic situation is suggested. |
