| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá problematikou mezinárodní kupní smlouvy, především však jejím primárním legislativním pramenem tedy Úmluvou OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží (dále jen Úmluva). Ta sice řeší pouze otázky týkající se uzavírání mezinárodní kupní smlouvy a práv a povinností prodávajícího a kupujícího, přesto však práce obsahuje i kapitolu věnovanou náležitostem mezinárodní kupní smlouvy. Během detailního rozboru ustanovení práce poukazuje na nepřesné formulace a problematická místa, jež Úmluva obsahuje. |

| Abstract: | The essay focuses on the issue of the international sales contract, primarily on its basic legislation -- the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. This Convention considers just the question of the conclusion of the international sales contract and discretions and duties of buyer and seller nevertheless the essay contains the chapter about terms of the international sales contract. While analysing the Convention the essay shows the inaccurate definitions which the Convention harbours. |
