| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zanalyzovat vzájemné hospodářské vztahy mezi Českou republikou a Rakouskem (zejména od vstupu ČR do EU), posoudit možnosti jejich dalšího vývoje a na případové studii vstupu Erste Bank do České spořitelny ukázat, jakou roli sehrál rakouský kapitál v modernizaci českého bankovního sektoru. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: První definuje hospodářské vztahy, vymezuje právní a politické základy, od nichž se tyto vztahy mezi ČR a Rakouskem odvíjejí, popisuje poslední vývoj v oblasti obchodu zbožím, službami, v oblasti přímých zahraničních investic a pohybu pracovních sil a uvažuje nad jeho perspektivami. Druhá část je tvořena zmíněnou případovou studií. |

| Abstract: | The objective of this bachelor thesis was to analyze the mutual economic relations between the Czech Republic and Austria (especially since the Czech Republic joined the EU), to consider the potential of their future development and to show how important Austrian capital has proven in modernisation of the Czech banking sector. The thesis is divided into two parts: The first part defines economic relations, determines the legislative and political background of those between the Czech Republic and Austria, describes the recent development in the fields of merchandise trade, trade in services, foreign direct investment as well as movement of labour force, and contemplates its perspectives. The second part consists of the above-mentioned case study. |
