| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak jsou zaměstnanci v konkrétní organizaci spokojeni, jak organizace přispívá ke zvyšování jejich spokojenosti a jak zaměstnanci sami podporují dobré jméno společnosti. V bakalářské práci je analyzována především oblast motivace, mezd, odměňování, poskytování zaměstnaneckých výhod, vztahů na pracovišti a participace zaměstnanců na řešení úkolů a jejich vlivu na spokojenost zaměstnanců. Problematika je řešena nejprve z pohledu teorie a následně srovnána s výsledky dotazníkového šetření ve společnosti SAND TEAM, spol. s r.o., tedy z pohledu praxe. Dle výsledků dotazníkového šetření v této společnosti budou navržena některá opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor work is to determine, how employees of the concrete company are satisfied with organization contribution to increasing their satisfaction and how employees themself promote the reputation of the company. The work is focused on an analyze of motivation, salary, remuneration, employee benefits, employee relations and employee participation in problem solving and their influence on job satisfaction. From the beginning there is a theoretical solution and then the solution is compared with the company SAND TEAM, spol. s r.o., which was got from question -- form survey. According to the survey results will be proposed some proceeding contribute to increase employee satisfaction. |
