| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou českého veřejného dluhu. V úvodní - teoretické části, je veřejný dluh zasazen do oblasti českých veřejných financí, po které následuje jeho celková analýza, kterou lze též chápat jako základní shrnutí dosavadního teoretického poznání. Po pokrytí všech základních teoretických aspektů následuje druhá - praktická část, jež v sobě mj. obsahuje hlavní cíl této bakalářské práce, který je formulován hypotézou, zda může rostoucí české zadlužení vést až ke státnímu bankrotu. Toto zkoumání se bude opírat o analýzu hlavních příčin problémů zemí, které byly v nedávné době přímo ohroženy státním bankrotem. Zjištěné příčiny budou poté konfrontovány se současnou českou ekonomickou realitou. K dosažení cíle hlavního by měly přispět též ty dílčí, jenž se jednotlivě zaměřují na vznik a vývoj českého veřejného dluhu, kvantifikaci nákladů jeho obsluhy a následné srovnání v rámci EU. K jejich dosažení bude využita kombinace teoretického studia odborné literatury a empirické analýzy při aplikaci vědeckých metod deskripce a komparace. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the public debt of the Czech republic. In the introductory (theoretical) part, the public debt is set into a sphere of Czech public's finances, followed by its complete analysis which can be also understood as a basic summary of the existing theoretical knowledge. After the coverage of basic theoretical aspects, there follows the second (practical) part which includes i.a. the main object of this thesis, formulated by a hypothesis whether the rising of our public debt may lead to national bankruptcy. This examination is based on an analysis of the main causes of problems in countries which have recently been directly threatened by national bankruptcy. The identified causes are then confronted with the current economic reality in Czech republic. For achieving the main aim of this thesis, there should also help the partial aims focusing on the formation and development of our public debt, then on the quantification of the costs of its operation and the following comparison in terms of the EU. The method used for this achievement is going to be a combination of theoretical study of professional literature and empirical analysis in the application of scientific procedures of description and comparison. |
