| Abstract: | Firemní kultura je v současnosti považována za jeden z klíčových faktorů konkurenceschopnosti firem. Podniky, které o její rozvoj pečují, přicházejí na to, že výrazně ovlivňuje jejich prosperitu. Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza a zhodnocení firemní kultury pardubické stavební společnosti Chládek a Tintěra, a.s. V první části práce objasňuji samotný pojem "firemní kultura" a rozebírám ho z teoretického hlediska. Druhá část práce je věnována konkrétní firmě, kde na základě teoretických poznatků zkoumám její vybudovanou kulturu. |

| Abstract: | Corporate culture is nowadays considered to be one of the key factors of a company's competitiveness. Companies that develop it find out that it noticcably influences their prosperity. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis and evaluation of corporate culture of Pardubice building company Chládek a Tintěra, a.s. The first part of this thesis defines the very expression "corporate culture" and analyses it from a theoretical point of view. The second part is focused on a specific company, where, based on the theoretical findings, I examine its already formed culture. |
