| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je rozebrat postavení malých a středních podniků v České republice a analyzovat možnosti jejich financování z úrovně nejen národní, ale především evropské. Nejprve jsou z obecného pohledu charakterizovány jednotlivé nástroje a principy uplatňované při uskutečňování strukturální politiky. Pozornost je zaměřena na Operační program Podnikání a inovace, kdy je konkrétně rozebrán program ROZVOJ s ukázkami z praxe. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this work is to show the position of SMEs in the Czech Republic and analyze options for financing them from national and european recources. There is mentioned comparison of the periods 2004 - 2006 and 2007 - 2013. The work focuses on industry and entrepreneurship operational programme. Then there are chosen examples of implementation of projects in practice and the comment on their results. |
